Symptoms of fibromyalgia vary from person to person. The main symptom is pain all over your body.
There's no cure for fibromyalgia, but treatments like painkillers, talking therapies and exercise programmes may help ease some of your symptoms.
It's not clear what causes fibromyalgia. It can start after a stressful event like an injury, illness or the death of a loved one. ... See MoreSee Less

Let's give a shout out and a happy #internationalmensday2020day to all the fantastic men in our lives!
This year’s theme is Better Health for Men and Boys. Stress, loneliness, panic, pain, illness— while anyone can experience these struggles, men are often less likely to seek help when they need it. We want to take today to encourage every single person reading this to seek help and support when you need it. Taking care of yourself and recognising your own limits is brave, no matter your gender. We're all only human.

With the ever-growing list of demands and stresses in our day to day life, it can be easy to overlook the joy and fulfilment that comes from helping those in our community. If you can spare any time, Grant a Smile would love to have you #volunteer with us!
We're looking for volunteers to help support our vision of a world where vulnerable families who are battling chronic or terminal health conditions get to live a fulfilling life. We are currently looking for people in the following roles: Cleaners, PR & Marketing, Website Management, Office Admin Support, Fundraising Officer, Grant Officer and Researcher. 🌟 COVID-19 UPDATE FOR GRANT A SMILE 🌟
In accordance with government guidelines and our local council’s consultation, we are happy to confirm that Grant a Smile’s cleaning services will CONTINUE running as normal under the new national restrictions from 5 November. As we work with vulnerable families, our service is considered #essential intervention support, and therefore able to remain open. If you have any concerns or questions about our services or how we’re working around #COVID_19, please message us either through this page, by email at admin@grantasmile.org.uk, or phone at 0203 609 4538. We're glad to help in any way we can! 💕 ... See MoreSee Less

Hello everyone! I run Grant a Smile , a non-profit to support families who are affected by life-threatening or chronic illnesses.
As a social enterprise *doing a lot of good, we do not get the kind of funding support most non-profits get which means we have to find other smart ways to sustain our social good.
To enable us to offer FREE weekly cleaning as an intervention support to parents/families battling chronic, terminal or mental health conditions, we offer professional domestic and commercial cleaning services to the general public.
By booking our paid services, you are not only having your home or commercial space cleaned by our experts and friendly cleaners, but you will also be supporting a great cause so we can take on more families who are in dire need of practical home support especially during these unprecedented times.
If you do not need a paid cleaner, kindly help us spread the word.
