To be eligible for free support, you must be a parent living with children under the age of 14. You are battling one or more chronic illnesses and have nowhere else to turn for assistance. You will be required to show proof of your long-term health problems as part of our evaluation and review process.
You have to reside in a volunteer’s neighbourhood in order to take advantage of their offer of free cleaning services on a regular basis.
If you do not qualify for free assistance, we can still organise and clean your home at a reasonable and competitive rate, as profit is not our primary motivation. We care more about giving you a fresh start and helping you through the process of becoming self-reliant.
Our approach is different from other commercial services. We go through the process with you by going through every item in your home. You decide what should be kept, donated or discarded. We will not discard your belongings without your permission as that might have a dire effect of your mental health. We are compassionate, understanding and provide a non-judgemental and supportive service.
By booking with us, we are able to extend our services and provide complimentary support to other vulnerable families.
